Welcome
Estimating Scotland aim to provide Construction Cost & Estimating Services to the Building Construction and Light Civil Engineering sectors, primarily in the Highlands but also in the Central belt and Southern Scotland.
The practice is set up and run by Bill Jenkins who is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with some 40 years’ experience of the UK and European construction markets.
Resident in Alness, just north of Inverness, Estimating Scotland are in an ideal position to serve the local Highland building sector and to service the requirements of General Building Contractors, Subcontractors, Self-Builders & Design Specialists.

Our Market Sector extends to large construction projects up to a value of £10 million all the way down to smaller projects with an average value of £50k or below. We have expertise in most types of commercial, industrial, and domestic residential construction, new build or refurbishment, with the majority of projects emanating from the Public Sector or Private Domestic Clients.
